There are two guitars in this song, an acoustic, and a lead electric.  The acoustic 
simply strums chords, while
the electric plays the riffs.

Intro/Chorus Riff (played four times for intro, and three times every chorus.  At the 
end of every chorus
play a C open chord)

For verse one, the electric strums each of these chords once (starting on the first Cmaj7),
while the acoustic plays them (they are actually playing a variation of A, but I can't 
figure it out):
Em-A-Em-A-Cmaj7-Fmaj7-Em-Em-A-Em-A-Cmaj7-Fmaj7-Em

For the chorus, the acoustic plays Em-A-Em-A-Em-A-Cmaj7

For the second verse, the acoustic plays the same chords as before, while the electric 
plays the following
riff twice:

During the breakdown, just play Cmaj7 palm muted, and have the electric join in right 
before the solo.

The acoustic basically plays Em-A during the solo, with some other chords thrown in here 
or there.  It's hard
to hear under the electric.
